In 2023, we were asked to cater for Professor Toni Morrison’s exhibit at Firestone Library at Princeton University. I came up with the idea to make every bite correspond with quotes from Professor Morrison’s most famous works. It was daunting, but it turned out to be one of the most ambitious and rewarding events we’ve ever done so…we’re doing it again!

We’ll be bringing Deesha’s words from her latest offering “The True Confessions of First Lady Freeman” to your plate and serving a “Sunday Supper Tea”! (MENU TBA)
