Welcome to Tipple + Rose!
We have a full service tea room and a vibrant mercantile stocked with all you need for tea brewing and all the accompanying cozy accoutrements along with unique gifts for teachers, friends, and the tea lover you love.
We have a MAIN DINING ROOM for both walk in guests ordering from the daily menu (no reservations required or accepted) and formal afternoon tea guests with a required reservation.
We also have tables OUTSIDE, in our MERCANTILE, in a PRIVATE DINING SUITE, and in a second dining room called THE COTTAGE for daily menu diners, afternoon tea guests, private gatherings, children’s parties, and for those wishing to use their computers during their visit.
Vaccination proof is no longer required for any of our dining areas.
No outside food is permitted at any tables for any reason.
We are BYOB for beer and wine only.
We do not have a dress code.

Our seating options…
PARKING
There is metered paid parking on both sides of the street in front of the shop and on Moore St., the side street right next to us. Parking is $1.75/hour with a three hour max unless you re-feed the meter.
You will need about two to three hours for your visit if you plan on having afternoon tea and shop in the mercantile.
Park Princeton has an app that makes metered parking easy! You can find it in the App Store. Otherwise, the meters take credit cards and coins.
Meters are free until 1pm on Sundays and require feeding 9am-8pm during the week and 9am-9pm on Friday and Saturday.
Even though parking is plentiful in the area, please leave enough time to find parking so that you’re not late for your reservation.
Accessibility
We are fully wheelchair accessible and have an ADA compliant rest room except for the Cottage dining room and the private dining room.
.
Unfortunately, there are not designated handicapped spots for on street parking, but there is an empty space in front of the shop for drop offs and a ramped sidewalk at the corner.
Please let us know if you’ll need special assistance during your visit.
DIETARY NEEDS
We have several Vegan (Honey Free), Vegetarian, and Non-Celiac Gluten Free options for our guests. We do not have a GFCO Kitchen so we cannot legally guarantee those with Celiac will be 100% safe.
All used basic ingredients are listed on the menu.
We are a space that occasionally uses peanuts, tree nuts, soy products, and almonds.
